How can I get ebay to do something about fraud?
Seller didn't send what I ordered and will not issue refund unless I return the item I ordered but I didn't get the item I ordered

Getting something different than what you purchased means the item you received was not as described ... here is what is recommended and you do not need to involve the Seller:
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Mentor5 months agoDid you file a Refund Request due to item not received, or did you file a Return Request if the item you received was not as described?

OP5 months agoItem not received. I wrote the Item didn't match but they closed the return because it was delivered
