How can I get eBay to address a complaint about a seller.
I purchased a router from a seller on 8/10. he promptly marked as shipped. The original delivery date came and went. Contacted seller no response. Seller then marked it shipped aagain with a tracking number. He has yet to send it drop it at the post office. Two more emails with no response. Because he has the delivery date listed as 9/13 I cannot get eBay to step in. I refuse to wait over 1 month to get a purchased item from a seller. I believe this may be a scam.

Contact eBay via their social media sites with a private message:

Great customer service on both

Mentor2 years agoIf the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History is 9/13, you must wait until 9/14 to take action. That is the date you agreed to for delivery. eBay cannot help you until 9/14 or after.

OP2 years agoIf you read my post closely the 9/14 is the second promised delivery date. Can a seller just keep pushing out the delivery date as he is doing and never send the item?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you make the purchase, the "estimated" delivery date range on the listing at the time of the sale is shown in your Purchase History (there is no date on eBay that is shown as a "promised" date) . The seller cannot change it. Be sure you are looking in your Purchase History and not at the active item in search.
