How can I get cases closed against me?

I have 3-4 cases because I had to cancel orders for multiple reasons. I ship next day, try to stay on top of my listings, I sell in various places plus a brick and mortar so things have sold before I realized it. What can I do to clear my name or is it too late? where do I go to find out? I don't even know how to go to seller hub.

Hi @chicandshabby101 eBay sellers are encouraged to cross-post their listings on other platforms. How is it you need to clear your name? Has eBay restricted your selling? If eBay temporarily suspended your selling privileges, it could be for a while or forever. Typically sellers have to be outside policy for more than a couple of transactions for it to be forever. What did eBay tell you?

To find the Seller Hub, click the four-colored eBay logo at the top of this and almost every eBay page. On the top of the next page click Help & Contact, then type Seller Hub in the search bar. A button will result that you just click to go to your Seller Hub, then bookmark it. See the screen snip below.

I think that expectation is pretty ubiquitous across the site. You say you have three or four cases for cancelled orders. That's four users who might have become regulars, but if they're like me you've seen the last of them. I don't mean to say you have to change your business model of selling on multiple platforms, times can be tough and every one of us needs every nickel we can scratch up. Maybe you could devise a way to monitor your inventory more efficiently in real time. Good luck.

And this is why you don't list the same item in more than one place.

Hi @chicandshabby101

In all likelihood it is too late. If you cross list on multiple platforms to try and increase your sell through rate you are at risk. You are not the only Seller who does this, sorry you got caught.
