How can I get a seller's phone number?
Seller has agreed to exchange a defective part for a new one, but the sales happened more than 90 days ago. I have been being treated for cancer and was laid up for a while. Sincre 90 days has passed, the seller doesn't have my shipping info. I can't provide that becasue ebay blocks any attempt for me to provide my info or the seller to provide me a direct email. All we want to do is complete the transaction to BOTH of our satisfaction.

Mentor2 years agoYou can not get any contact info for the seller without a new transaction. I understand your situation is unique, but I have never heard of an exception.
The seller could set up a $.99 listing for you to purchase - call it a shipping upgrade or something like that so no one else will buy it. He could then include $1 with the shipment for you, to pay you back 🙂
