How can i get a return label from ebay?

I bought an item from ebay , I recieved a different product, the seller refused to refund me but ebay agreed but has refused to send me a return label.

I have failed to get in touch with a real person at ebay customer service

Has Ebay already refunded you?

If they did, the case is closed and you don't have to return the item.
