How can I get a description of an order?

I have the order number but when I put it in to the search nothing comes up. The charge went through PayPay but I donâ€™t remember if itâ€™s mine or not

You need the ITEM number, not the order number. The item number is a 12 digit number.

You can go to your Purchase history, click on the View Order Details, and you will see the Order number as well as the item number.
