How can I find out why an item I purchased didn’t pass the authenticity review?
I purchased an item that was supposed to be an antique diamond ring. It qualified for authenticity review and was rejected. eBay didn’t provide me with any details about why it was rejected. Based on the reason, I might still be interested in the item. For example, if the reason is that the piece can’t be verified to be from the Georgian period, that is immaterial to me. Does anyone know how I can get the details of the rejection?
