How can I extend my return date?

Question

I would like to extend my return date. ?It would be nice if I could extend it for another week. How can I extend my return date?

tonjeon-5 · Answer

Unfortunately, what I want is to extend the deadline. Because I live in Korea, and sent the item few days a go. But it seems difficult to arrive to meet the deadline(12, APR). I don't know what to do anymore.

I don’t know how to contact the customer center. I couldn't find a way to extend the deadline or talk to the counselor.

Hello tonjeon-5,

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are returning something you purchased, eBay notifies you of the deadline to return the item to qualify for a refund. The normal time alloted to return an item to the Seller is 15-16 business days, or almost three weeks total. You would need to return it by the deadline to be able to get any type of refund.
