How can I end an auction so the only bidder can pay and receive instructions.

eBay automatically relisted my auction for a stay at a resort in South Lake Tahoe. They set the auction end date to several days past the beginning date for occupancy. The bidder wants to pay and check in today. I am willing to let him do so. He has not chosen the Buy it Now option.

It is an auction there is no buy it now. You can end the listing to sell to the high bidder.
