How can i email ebay customer services?
I wish to return an item that on the listing it clearly says seller pays for return. Howwever, the return is more expensive than the item which was £70. They've offered me £15 and keep the item which I don't want. I've offered to split the loss with them 50/50 but now they won't respond to me. Ebay's AI assistant is uselss and despite it being 12pm in the UK I'm being told that live support isn't available at this time.
Is there an email address I can contact ebay on to get this resolved or am I better just reporting it to my credit card company?

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay in the UK, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the UK Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue. You are currently on ebay.com, not ebay.co.uk.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
If nothing else works, try this UK link to request a call back:

If you are unable to get a call back, try contacting eBay via social media:
