How can I email Ebay?

I need help. The automated assistant is taking me is a doom loop. I just want to email Ebay. How can this be done?

@apbay2050 There is not an email option.

If you tell us what you need help with we might be able to answer your question OR provide a path past the bots. It's topic specific so I do need to know what type of problem you are having.

Thanks. I was thinking about using the new chat feature, but now, I will just contact PP as it's easy and much less annoying. Thanks.

@apbay2050 Once you contact PP for a refund request eBay can no longer help you. So if PP declines then you are out of luck.

It sounds like you have a problem with a purchase? Is it not as described OR didn't arrive? You just file refund request cases from your purchase history.

If the item is not in your purchase history then you made the purchase as a guest not logged in to your account and have to use the Guest email to file the refund request.

I can provide the steps you need if you tell use what the problem is.
