How can I download all of my listings at one time to a CSV or excel file.

-- You can download your listings from this page

- Click Download Report

- Select Report Source > Listings

- Select Report Type> All active listings

- Click Download

- Save the file to your computer

âœ“ After you request the report, you'll see "Creating Report" in the lower left.

1) Depending on the number of listings, it can take a while.

2) When it is complete, a pop-up will offer to save it to your computer.

3) If you miss the pop-up, you can find your report on the list here, when it is ready.

- You'll get a CSV report with these columns

Item number

Title

Variation details

Custom label (SKU)

Available quantity

Format

Price

Sold quantity

Views

Watchers

Bids

Listing site

Additional columns

A CSV file can be opened with Excel and other spreadsheet programs. You can sort by any column.
