How can I disable eBay Live?
It's everywhere in the mobile app and homepage, and I'm tired of seeing AI slop thumbnails advertising auctions. I can't find a way to turn this off, am I just out of luck until the experiment runs its course?

If you quit the eBay app, then tap and hold the eBay app icon, you should be able to choose to go to your Watch List, Saved screen or Search screen directly, avoiding the main eBay screen with the eBay Live feeds.

OP2 weeks agoThat doesn't do anything for the desktop site. I don't want to just avoid it, I want to disable it.

Mentor2 weeks agoFor a desktop browser, use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to suppress that page feature. Most ad blockers have a point and click interface to block other things aside from ads. With a little experimentation, you can block most things.
Avoiding the main eBay page is much easier, though.
