How can I counter offer? Ebay won't let me submit my counter offer. It always say invalid offer.

I want to counter offer. I've never been allowed to do this. I always have to refuse the offer and take my chances my article will sell.

All of your active listings are auction style. There is no Make Offer. Buyers simply place a bid, and the highest bid when the auction ends wins the item (unless you have a reserve price that wasn't met).

In order to be able to make a counter offer, you need to list in fixed price (Buy It Now) format, and use the Make Offer option.
