I refunded a buyer shipping she paid out to return an incorrect pkg to the correct buyer. She didn't use what I requested her to use and it has now cost me more than double. I refunded her out of her purchase. She is waiting for the 2nd buyer to ship her item but because she has been rude to me I want to cancel the original transaction and refund her for her original purchase but there is virtually no money left after I refunded her for the shipping she had to pay out. @underthesun2001 It's risky to try and correct and package mix up this way as it depends on both buyers cooperating. The correct way to handle a package mix up is to have the buyers send the items back to you. You can buy a shipping label on Pirateship.com and save the label as a JPG image to send in eBay messages.

You should never share another buyers personal information. You also want to make sure that the item is in the same condition before it's sent to the correct buyer.

If the buyers purchase has been refunded in full then the only way to send more money is outside of eBay using an electronic payment method.

Ask the buyer if their phone number is linked to their PayPal account and send the money that way. You have access to the buyers phone number in the order details. Or make arrangements for another type of electronic funds transfer.
