How can I contact eBay to ask them to manually change a charge to my account?

I unknowingly shipped a piece of rosewood to a buyer overseas using the eBay international shipping service. They intercepted it at the hub and destroyed it. They gave the buyer a refund and I’m supposed to keep my money, but they are charging my account that amount. I read that it’s an automatic thing that happens sometimes and I would have to contact eBay to have the manually change it. I’m not having any luck finding the right place to send my message. Thank you!
