How can I contact Ebay?

Does anyone have an email address for Ebay? I have asked through the Chat to have an Ebay agent call me. But when the phone rings, there is no one on the line. This has happened 9 times in a row. I am really frustrated!

I need to speak with a live human agent, or else email them. (This is about a refund ebay issued, but I never received).

You could try sending a message to eBay on one of their social media platforms. They are staffed from 6 am to 6 pm, PST.

www.x.com/askebay

They will ask to verify who you are before looking up your refund status.
