how can I contact an agent
Hello people.
I recently bought a cell phone from a seller. The phone stopped responding on the second day. I returned it and they only sent back about 1/2 the money stating that it was not resalable. Well lemon phones are not. Anyway I have been trying to get ebay involved, but can't find a way to do it without being redirected back to help articles. Any suggestions? When I click on contact an agent it states something went wrong try again later.
