If an order you did not make appears in your eBay Purchase History, change your eBay password immediately and then contact eBay through this page:

If an unauthorized transaction appears on your credit card statement but not in your eBay account, contact your card issuer to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
If you received an email invoice that you do not recognize, do not use any links in such an email; it may be a scam to get you to divulge account details. Examine the email closely to see if it has any connection to you other than your email address. Scam phishing emails typically do not include any personal details so that the same email can be sent blindly to thousands of users.
