How can I close a dispute?
I know there used to be a resolution centre link on Ebay in times gone by, but that link seems to have disappeared.
It also doesn't help to find the purchase in "Purchase History" and click on the "More Actions" link because there is nothing about opening or closing disputes in there.
I have searched for hours through all the Ebay "Help" guides and there is nothing to help a buyer such as myself who has opened a dispute found that I did it in error and now wants to close the dispute.
The seller is obviously annoyed, they cannot get the money I sent and I can find no way of resolving the issue.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
