Mentor1 year agoYou can search for stores by keyword, though there are some situations where the search might not find a variation without spaces between the words, for instance. But it is worth searching to see if similar names are taken:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=7
eBay may modify the name to create the store URL, eliminating spaces and dropping apostrophes, for instance.
Try pasting your intended store name into the following URL in place of the XXXX, dropping any spaces or apostrophes:
https://www.ebay.com/str/xxxx
Even if you cannot find a store with the same name, you may not be able to create a store if the name is the same as another user's username, or if the store name is trademarked by someone.
