The language you see when using eBay depends on which site you have signed in to.
Sign in to ebay.com to see English, and sign in to ebay.de to see German.
If you are asking about the emails you receive from eBay, the language of those emails is determined by the site you used when you signed up for eBay -- in your case, the German site.

So, I cant change the language of the emails, once I have signed in the German version?

Mentor2 years agoTo change the language of your emails you would likely need to change your account's registration location or else create a new eBay account on a non-German site.
