How can i change from shipping to local pickup after i have sold an item

I have a buyer that requested lical pickup after item sold how do i get proof of item recieved

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale.

If the buyer has not picked up the item yet you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with local pick up for the buyer to repurchase.

If the buyer has already picked up the item:

Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

Since you do not have proof of delivery your funds will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after any full hold time.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.
