Mentor2 years agoBuyers can only receive positive feedback. That being said, your negative words in a positive feedback are against policy and your account can get in trouble for it. If you had cancelled the payment after 4 days of non-payment, the buyer would have gotten a strike and neither party wouldn't have been able to leave feedback. Now that buyer can leave a negative for you or pay for the item and cause problems for your account.

A positive feedback (i.e., green doughnut) can not be revised.
