How can I change feedback I left?
I purchased an item in December from Europe. The item arrived in early January. The item was of lesser quality than described. I requested a partial refund from seller, he declined. I left him negative feedback. He has now refunded some money to me, and I want to change his feedback to positive, We need help, as I keep getting an expired message from his request for change sent to me in mid January. He said he has tried to re-send me the new request for change of feedback, and he gets the expired message also. What can we do to change the feedback to positive from me the buyer? You only have 10 days to use the Feedback Revision Request (a reminder was sent to you after 7 days). If you let the deadline pass, you won't be able to change the feedback. You can however leave a follow-up comment. The option for a follow-up is to the right of the feedback you left.
