You can't change the format of a listing (auction format vs. fixed-price format) which is what you are trying to do in a revision of that listing. You would have to end the listing manually and then relist it in the desired format (not sure if the "Relist" link will let you do that, if not try list similar to keep from having to start from a blank listing form).
