How can I cancel my order? it says it's too late to cancel but it's not shipped out yet

Is there any way to cancel the order from buyer's end? the item hasn't shipped yet and seller agreed that they can cancel my order.

Hi @drock0071 Tell the seller that they need to cancel the order. A buyer can only request a cancellation formally for an hour after committing to buy an item. Tell the seller that there will be no penalty to them if they cancel using the reason 'Buyer requests cancellation'.
