Mentor2 years agoI'm afraid that you waited much to long for eBay to help. You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.
Can you contact your payment processor and open a dispute with them? For example, if you used a credit card to pay, you may be able to open a case/dispute with them.
