How can I cancel a sale to Canada when my buyer is unable to cover the customs fees?
I recently sold a jacket to Canada, but the Canadian customs are holding the package and requesting around $300 for import charges. Unfortunately, my buyer is unable to cover this expense. How can I request eBay to return the jacket to me so that I can issue a refund to my buyer?

eBay is not involved in this. Your buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees. He can refuse the package, and if and when it comes back to you, you can refund him then if inclined. If the buyer does nothing, they package may be returned to you or it may be disposed of. This process takes weeks or often many months before the package arrives back (if it does).
