How can I cancel a sale that has been paid
I listed an item on the ebay USA site rather than ebay UK. The listing finished and the buyer paid. I havent used ebay for years. I didnt put anything about shipping costs to USA so its my cost. My paypal account is frozen as it hasnt been used for years. There is USA import taxes to navigate. Its much better to cancel the sale and relist on ebay UK but there isnt an option without paying selling fees. I tried to contact customer service but its just a bot that keeps repeating the same incorrect responses.

OP8 months agoThe sale cannot be completed without valid Paypal details. Buyer sent payment to an account that is dormant

Mentor8 months agoSeller payouts from eBay sales go into the sellers checking account on file. PayPal no longer handles seller payments. The buyer pays you through eBay using any of the accepted forms of payment accepted by Ebay and then eBay issues your payout into your checking account.

Mentor8 months agoYou will need to pay the fees when you cancel the transaction. You will receive a transaction defect and that will affect your seller performance level.
You listed the item as free shipping to the US.
What does Paypal have to do with the situation?
