How can I call eBay customer servie?

Does anyone know how I can call eBay? I receive a notice about not shipping an item from eBay and the person paid; I shipped, and it was delivered, and we both left feedback. Is this a scam?

It is possibly a scam if it came to your direct email and not to eBay messages.

There is no way to call eBay. Instead, you can request a callback from eBay. Find an eBay help page that is somewhat related to the issue. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Contact us" option. Type "agent" into the chat that opens to be shown contact options.
