How can I buy a return shipping label from ebay?

Question

I opened a return from a seller that accepts returns, but the buyer has to pay. Instead of a shipping label, the seller responded with a pdf of their address to ship it back to. Can I buy a return shipping label through ebay? The help page says it's possible, but I don't see a way to do it?

If seller accepted the return, ebay will send you a return label that will be charged to your account depending or the reason for the return. You can still use your own label purchased elsewhere, if you want and upload tracking.

Go your Return Request in the Resolution Center and make sure your return was accepted.

Or try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
