When you do not pay for a purchase and it is cancelled by the Seller and they select the reason "Buyer hasn't paid" your account gets 1 Unpaid item strike. If you get 2 it is hard to buy from many Sellers because the lowest block for Unpaid items is 2.
The strikes take 12 months to roll off the account.
