How can I apply or ask to be reinstated, once I have been "permanently banned from selling on Ebay"?

I had a double whammy back in Febuary-my wife was in ICU and I had misplaced my phone which had my Ebay app on it while she was in ICU.

The long and the short of it, I recieved a "you have been permanently banned from selling ..." message from Ebay.

I have heard it is fairly easy to get back if you place nice.....I'm being faceitious because idk how. Please help!

The permanent ban is a tough one and you need to be in direct contact with eBay's Trust and Safety department. Best wishes to you.
