How can I appeal a ban
Few months or a year ago I got ban for selling fake Pokemon cards and now I am. A complete new seller and trying to sell new products without no scam but the problem is that every time I make a new account they banned it for no reason I didn’t even have a chance to sell and they still ban it

Trying to create new accounts is trying to circumvent eBay's ban. If they banned you for life you may as well try to figure out some other venue to sell your items on.
You need to talk to eBay's Trust and Safety Department, they have the ability to lift bans but there is no guarantee that they will. eBay Customer Service
