How can I add a team member to my account?

Question

I have been trying to add a team member to my account, but this is what shows up when I select Team Access:
"You don't have access to any other accounts yet. Contact an account owner to get access."
This is odd considering that I am the account owner. How can I resolve this issue?

@deciesnconnect That is strange. If you're opted-in to Seller Hub, you should be able to send out invitation(s). What happens when you click on the Team Access link below? "You can grant access to your account to other eBay users by sending invites from the > Team access page in My eBay." After you click on the Team Access link (above), you'll be on the Authorized Users page where you can click on the "Add one" link. @deciesnconnect Currently, only eBay members in the USA, UK, and Germany can use Team Access. All team members must be registered in the same country for the feature to work. You must be opted-in to Seller Hub. If you're not yet opted-in, you can opt in here > Seller Hub How to get to Team Access from Seller Hub : Look in the Selling Tools area and click on the Seller Dashboard link Select > Seller Account Select > Account Preferences Select > Team Access You can get to Team Access even faster by clicking on the Hi...dropdown and selecting Account Settings.
