How can I actually speak to a human at ebay
How do I actually get to speak with a live agent? I need to respond to a refund request that is still open (I am the buyer) and I have been trying to reach a live person for 30 minutes with no luck. The ebay chat assistant isn’t of help. I really need to speak to a human. Thanks
