How can I accually get help from a real person...chat bot isn't helpful
I need to get a refund for something that is not as desribed; I ordered as a guest, and then set up an account to get the refund, and now they can't see my guest order, and I keep going around in circles. The bot refuses to connect me with a real agent.

Mentor2 years agoGuest orders are not connected to your account. Sign out of your account and then use the link in the guest order, or else see here:
