How can eBay Executive Management of Customer Service be contacted?
I've a a string of contacts with eBay CS agents, Leadership Representatives, and claimed "Senior management" representatives. Contact is in phone calls, email & chat conversations. For over three months I'd been misdirected, lied to, endure degrading language. I find it imposable that eBay is endorsing the service being delivered by the CS dept.
I'm taking legal action to address the unaddressed issue. The behavior I witnessed by CS agents and supervisors was unacceptable. I need some sort of assurance from management that this is not a new face of eBay. Not that eBay ever really cared about it's sellers but never a straight out F^#$ You from CS. After much thought, I personally can't continue to do business eBay with the thought that culture at eBay has made a dark change.
Thank you for any leads on who / how to contact the people that should and do care about ethics and public relations of eBay.
This is the most I can say about what has occurred as I've been advised to not publicly share details of the case.

If you are pursuing legal action against eBay I suggest you consult with your attorney on the best approach to contacting eBay ... and more importantly, who should be doing that, you or your attorney?

OP1 year agoCalifornia's Secretary of the State has eBay's registered contact for serving subpoenas upon eBay. Legal is almost on another planet to eBay Customer Service Dept and it's Executive oversite. T
