how can a seller speak to a live agent?

It is horrible that a long term seller can not speak to a live agent!! They are happy to charge us fees and take their money but we CAN NOT call them.

That's correct. You haven't been able to call eBay since 2020 when CS reps began working remotely due to the pandemic. You now can request a callback.

The best way to do that is to go to the help topic that is most related to your question and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the contact link. Type Agent in the chat box.
