How can a seller get reimbursed for shipping costs
My item was set up to use an eBay label and shipping. However when it came time ship the open was not available. The buyer paid the shipping cost and I when to the local UPS and had it shipped out of pocket. When I received my payout the shipping cost was not included. How can I get the reimbursement?

Mentor2 years agoYour account would have been credited with the item and shipping amount you put in the listing that buyer paid, minus any fees. If you did not purchase your label on ebay, then nothing would have been deducted for shipping. Go check all this here:
