How can a seller get money back on missing package shipped using Ebay shipping label?
I shipped a sports card using Ebay shipping label. The package was tracked to New York, then there is no tracking information. I cannot appeal the refund decision because there is no proof the package was delivered. How, as a seller, do you get your money back after Ebay decides there is no proof?
