how can a buyer leave me a review?
I sold a plate to a buyer who wishes to leave me a review. She cannot locate how to do it?

I sold a plate to a buyer who wishes to leave me a review. She cannot locate how to do it?

-If the Buyer used their account to purchase through they can go to their Purchase history and there is a Leave Feedback button to press or a drop-down menu with that option as well.
-If the Buyer purchased as a Guest they will NOT be able to leave Feedback nor can that transaction be merged with their account.

Mentor8 months agoTell your buyer to go to his/her Purchase history, locate the transaction, and s/he should see the option to LEAVE FEEDBACK.
