How can a 24 year long ebay seller get in contact with a real person?

Question

How do you get ebay customer service to call back when they disconnect you? When they call don't they have my phone number togive me the courtesy of calling back?

I had UPS overcharge me on a shipment and deduct right out of my PP account.

Since UPS is the one to make the upcharge to you eBay has very little to do with the upcharge. UPS is notorious for adding surcharges to packages for many reasons known only to them. You will need to ask UPS exactly what the additional amount is for. Depending on the reason eBay may or may not be able to help you.
