How are the 4 days to pay for an auction lot calculated?
Say an auction lot is won on April 1st. Is the 4th day April 4th or April 5th? By what time do you have to pay on the 4th day?
Or in other words....
In this scenario. Is payment due by April 4th or the 5th. And by what time of day does payment have to be made on that day?

I believe it's 96 hours from the time of purchase.

OP2 years agoYour answer was helpful. Though it was even more helpful. After I found an Add to or Subtract Time and Date Calculator. I really should have been able to do it in my head. But I just wanted to be extra careful.

Mentor2 years agoI believe April 5 is the fourth day, and at the same time the sale was made, so if item was purchased on April 1 at 6pm, the buyer has until April 5 at 6pm in order to pay. The seller can then file a cancellation for Buyer didn't pay, or wait longer depending on whether or not the buyer has communicated with the seller. I allow my buyers 7 days to pay.
