You can keep track of your listing allotment by checking the promotional offers section>

You might consider a basic store to see if it is more cost effective for you. Then you would also have store features.

A free listing is considered used when you create a new listing or relist one, either manually or automatically. Your Buy It Now listings automatically relist every month, so those count.
