Hi eBay. You offers me $10 off for $50 purchase via app. I want to use it. But, for the items I am interested in, the sellers allow buyers to make offers. I want to 100% make sure that I can apply your $10 off offer after I finalize the deals with those offered made prices. Please advise. Thank you.
