How am I suppose to purchase an $15,000 watch on eBay from Japan?
... if eBay advises Sellers not to utilize their USPS insurance on misdeliveries ; then Buyer bears the burden of eBay's ill-advisory, Seller incompetence/laziness/deceit... for a mere $70 + Free Shipping headphone listed as B-stock within United States?

Mentor1 month ago@gtpaddock eBay does not advise sellers to not use USPS insurance. Postal insurance is for the seller, the buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarnatee.
Please answer these questions so I can tell you what to do next to get your money back.
Did your seller say they were shipping from the US but actually shipped from Japan?
Did the item show delivery somewhere but NOT to you?
