How a Seller can respond to a Buyer's offer.
I am a seller. I put a book for sale for $38 and said I accept offers. EBay notified me yesterday that a buyer offered $30. I want to accept, but when I push the prompt to see the offer, it takes me to a menu, with no location to respond to the offer. I've tried over and over to find where I can respond to the offer. No luck. Any insights?
