Mentor2 years agoIf you are still having problems printing the shipping label,
Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

Mentor2 years ago@missyswear The seller has to approve the return label. If you have received a notice that you have a label available then click the Print Label button on this page>

If the item is not as described then the seller pays return shipping. If they have not approved the return label then ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the request.

OP2 years agoI do not have an "ask eBay to step in and help" button in my "see return details". Only reply to the seller or refund details. I am so frustrated. And I have not found a way to talk to a eBay human customer service rep. And the seller keeps saying it is so simple to do.
